The idea for this project came to me after reading David Bourdon's book 'Designing the Earth: The Human Impulse to Shape Nature.' In the book, Bourdon discusses how humans often modify natural landscapes to suit our needs and preferences. This got me thinking about how much we alter the natural world to create our ideal human environment and inspired me to create this project that explores the opposite idea: what if nature were to modify us instead?
